Role Overview

Collaborate with our engineering team to build, evaluate, and scale autonomous multi-agent systems designed for complex document processing and layout understanding. You will work on layout-aware model orchestration, structured data extraction (JSON/XML) from multi-modal formats, and agent-based document classification and analysis workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Design and implement autonomous multi-agent pipelines to parse, extract, and structure data from complex documents (PDFs, scans, contracts, invoices).
• Work with state-of-the-art vision-language models (VLMs) and LLMs to analyze multi-modal document layouts, tables, and unstructured text.
• Evaluate and optimize extraction accuracy using confidence scoring, automated evaluation loops, and human-in-the-loop validation.
• Integrate document processing agents with vector databases, external APIs, and enterprise workflow backends.
• Benchmark model performance, latency, and token utilization to optimize processing efficiency.

Role Overview

Help build Subgradient Labs content across SEO/GEO, founder posts, and ABM. Position Subgradient Labs and Doc AI for teams automating document workflows. Work with marketing and engineering to publish clear, searchable writing (not fluff).

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Write and ghostwrite founder content (LinkedIn posts, essays, and speaking narratives) that builds category authority.
• Support content strategy across SEO and GEO to ensure our content ranks in traditional search and surfaces in AI-generated answers.
• Develop account-based marketing (ABM) content assets, including tailored one-pagers and industry-specific POV (Point of View) pieces.
• Research and write customer success stories and case studies that highlight our product impact.
• Collaborate with engineering team to translate complex AI research and technical white papers into engaging thought leadership.
• Support product announcements and major launches with high-quality campaign collateral.
• Maintain a structured content calendar that maps to pipeline stages and ideal customer profiles (ICP).
